In the heart of the countryside, the Domaine des Clos is located in the golden triangle of  Nîmes, Arles and Avignon.


Less than 30 minutes from four sites classified as World Heritage by Unesco: The Pont du Gard (22 km), Arles(19 km), Avignon, the Palace of the Popes and the Pont d ' Avignon (27 km).


You can also discover the nearby Camargue bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, Les Baux, Saint Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles massif, Uzès and the Le Gardon river, Tarascon, Beaucaire and their magnificent medieval castles.

Our programs not only ensure healthy weight loss and a balanced diet, but will also help the body to gently and naturally eliminate toxins.


Our menus are designed to be super tasty, very nutritious while helping detoxification and cleansing. Intermittent fasting:


During our retreats, our clients do intermittent fasting which allows them to lose weight and regain energy and an accelerated metabolism.


It involves alternating a feeding period and a fasting period and a daily fast of at least 12 hours.


On our retreats you fast from after dinner ... until brunch / lunch the next day.


Skipping breakfast allows you to lose weight, even without changing your diet at other meals.


While researching, I realized that this type of daily fasting is very frequently practiced in the United States, especially in the professional sports industry. I wanted a simple and easy method to apply for our retreats.


With intermittent fasting I developed a simple method, applicable to all, and without the need to count calories.

A Happy Sport & Detox retreat is the ideal place to enjoy a super healthy and delicious diet and you will be enchanted by the quality of the meals.
