Nutrition
An alkaline food plan allowing you to find a balanced diet while shedding a few excess pounds. Menus rich in essential nutrients to give a boost to your metabolism, regain a radiant complexion and increased energy.
The menus combine simplicity and flavors with seasonal products from the best regional suppliers and the estate for vegetables.
Intermittent Fasting:
During this retreat, you will discover the concept of intermittent fasting/time controlled eating, which will allow you to lose weight, regain energy and accelerate your metabolism.
The daily fast will be approximately 16 hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. the next day).
Skipping breakfast helps you lose weight, even without changing your calorie intake at other meals.

The 45 rooms and suites constitute a perfect, peaceful sanctuary.
The luxuriously monastic interiors are inspired by the iconography of the Byzantine era and subtly combine patterns, textures and colors for a unique effect. Lunar blues, sunny yellows, rustic reds and shimmering golden hues reflect the region's rich heritage. Modern touches include blond wood floors, warm lighting, and custom handmade mattresses that conform to the contours of your body.
The bathrooms are crystal clear in their simplicity and are equipped with deliciously scented bespoke Euphoria products, adapted from ancient Greek recipes and combining healing herbs with aromatherapy.
Many rooms also feature a balcony, terrace or private courtyard for inspiration. Every detail has been designed to invite you to slow down and rest.

Direct flights from Kalamata (1H from the hotel) or Athens (2.5H from the hotel) International Airports
Euphoria Retreat will arrange your transfer from the airport to the hotel
We suggest you arrive on 27 June late morning at the hotel and depart on the evening of 1 July.
I you wish to extend your stay after the retreat, this can be organized directly with Euphoria Retreat.
