10 minutes walk from the a host of beaches (Beig Meil, La Torche, Sainte Marine…) where you will be able to hike or swim!

Recently renovated the chateau offers luxurious and spacious rooms with all amenities.

An amazing spa with, hammam, jacuzzi, heated outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool and 2 massage rooms.

Fasting: During our retreats, our clients do an intermittent fast of between 12 and 16 hours. On retreats we skip breakfast and have two meals a day - brunch & dinner.

This type of daily fasting is very frequently practiced in the United States, especially in the sports industry.

A Happy Sport & Detox retreat is the ideal place to enjoy a super healthy and delicious diet and you will be enchanted by the quality of the meals.
